William A. Flood was a monumental stone carver who carved monuments for people throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Below is a photograph of the monument that he carved for his Flood family. It is located in the Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland, Alameda County, California. (This photograph was taken by Margie Hinton, William A. Flood’s great granddaughter; and it is used with her permission.)
