Coulterville Looking up the main street.
In Coulterville we found many old buildings made of adobe, stone, or brick, and many have iron doors and shutters. The present Northern Mariposa County History Center was built around the ruins of the Coulter Hotel. The structure also contains the old Wells Fargo Building built in 1856 and McCarthy's Store.
